About the event
An affordable weekend long retreat in a beautiful off-grid rural community. Packed full of workshops including aerial silks, corde lisse, static trapeze, lyra (aerial hoop), movement and floorwork, flow arts and creative aerial choreography. Camping and catered add-ons available, or you are welcome to attend for the day/evening and then head home or to a hotel. Evening wood fired hot tubs, sharing circles and fire-spinning classes. Featuring guest aerial instructor Charlie Bicknell! Classes are suitable for all experience and confidence levels, please let us know when booking whether you would want to be placed in the beginner/improver or intermediate/advanced group.
